INTRODUCTION

Mama See and Me LLC doing business as Core4Parenting (“we,” “our,” “us” or “the Company”) respects and protects the privacy of all who visit www.core4parenting.com on any device or mobile browser (“Website”) and those who engage with the Company’s social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

The Website is owned and operated by the Company. We are engaged in the business of providing community, courses, and coaching to assist parents with navigating childhood development and facilitates said business partially through this Website. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is an agreement between the Company and you as the user of the Website (“you”).

In this Policy, we inform you what personal information we collect from you, how we use your information, how you can review or update your information, your rights under this Policy, how we protect your personal information, how we may change this Policy and notify you of those changes and when this policy is effective.

 

AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Website is entirely voluntary and you are not required to provide us with any personal information unless you choose or unless you decide to use features of the Website that require you to provide us with your personal information. The Terms of Use provided on this Website are expressly incorporated by reference herein and are part of this Policy.

By continuing to use the Website, you agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms of Use, you should not provide us with any personal information and immediately cease use of the Website.

YOUR RIGHTS

Website Account Information

If you create an account on our Website, you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining the username and password. We do not have access to that information and it is your responsibility to keep that information confidential and safe.

Virtual Village Account Information

You can manage your personal information such as changing your user name and password directly through the third party websites we use, for example, to access the Virtual Village hosted on Mighty Networks. We do not have access or control over your user name and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining that information.

Communications

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by contacting us by sending an email to carat@core4parenting.com. You can opt-out of emails from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email. You can opt out of receiving text messages by responding “STOP” to any text message. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. To request this information, please send us an email at carat@core4parenting.com with the subject line: “Shine the Light Request.” We will comply by responding with the information you requested to the extent required by the law.

Eraser Button Law

Under California's "Eraser Button" law, California residents under age 18 who have registered to use the Website may request removal of content they have posted. Should this apply to your activity on the Website, you can make this request by sending us an email at carat@core4parenting.com with the subject line: “Eraser Button Request.” We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Website but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

California Consumer Privacy Act 

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California consumers more control over the personal information businesses collect about them. As a consumer, you may have the right to:

  2. Know what personal information we sell or disclose to third parties;

Residents of the European Economic Area, have certain rights under applicable data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your fundamental rights under the GDPR include:

UNDER AGE VISITORS

The Website is intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect information from or direct content to persons under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect information has been collected from a minor, we will promptly delete that information. If you have reason to believe we have collected information from persons under 13, please contact us immediately with contact information below.

MODIFICATIONS
